For
song_princess, part 4
Alph let Leanne into their home ahead of him and shut and locked the door behind them, but he was honestly just wandering around on autopilot right now. They had just been to introduce Alph to Leanne's family properly and they had been... unimpressed. Alph had expected they might not see entirely eye-to-eye, since he was a dragon dating one of them, and a very modern one who didn't stick to tradition much at that. So while Herons were much too polite to say it to his face, Alph got the distinct impression that they thought he wasn't good enough for Leanne, and had left feeling like he wasn't terribly welcome to return.
Normally, this sort of thing just brushed off him, but that was because he had Leanne to go home to. He knew he loved her, but as he sat down on the couch to start staring off at nothing, he couldn't help wondering if he really wasn't the best person for someone as precious as her.

"That was one of the best," Alph said, leaning in the kiss the sensitive spot on the side of her neck.

Leanne half closes her eyes with a moan as he kisses the spot on her neck. "I am glad...Are you feeling any better?" Her fingers goes to pet him as she speaks, her wings moving into a relaxed position.

"So much better," Alph told her, leaning his head against her shoulder. "Thank you so much, Leanne. I love you."

Her wings couldn't help but to glow a little as he confesses and her ears wiggle. "I love you too. No matter what anybody says."
